Our small organic carob biscuits in the September issue of Ilias Mamalakis' Lihoudies magazine

The unique, tasty and healthy organic small carob rusks made by the Petromylos bakery in the village of Tymbaki were featured in the September issue of lIias Mamalakis (Greece's foremost gastronomical expert) Lihoudies magazine.  They are ideal with coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages and also as an accompaniment to salads.  Click on the picture below to see the article (in Greek).
